    Any Trip outside Dubai will be charged an additional AED 100 per trip.

    No-Show / Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the service will be charged in full.
    In case of a No-show / Cancellation or late amendments, the payment is non-refundable. However, the decision to accept the late amendments / refund the payment partially or in full shall remain at the sole discretion of our Management.

    VAT (Value Added Tax) is not applicable as our services fall under the exempted category.

    Smoking and alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any violation is liable for penalty of AED 700 and may increase subject to the damage occurred

    Our chauffeurs are professionally-trained and RTA-approved. Always polite, courteous, uniformed and punctual. They are aware of all the major routes across the UAE besides every car is GPS-enabled.

    Your invoice can be paid using Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card or BACs payment. Please contact info@blacklimo.ae to change your account payment method. If you require a copy invoice, please c contact our team on provided email address.

    Please complete our support form, confirming your unique account number and registered address. Once the Profile team has processed your request an email will be sent to confirm your details have been updated.
